Access is permitted only to real residents of Rajouri Garden. Providing false address details, fabricated utility bills, or registering from outside the neighborhood constitutes a violation and will result in immediate account termination.

You agree to use this platform for relevant civic news, lost & found logs, local recommendations, and constructive discussions. Harassment, commercial spam, hate speech, unauthorized advertisements, and impersonation are strictly prohibited.

You retain ownership of content you post. By posting, you grant Rajouri a non-exclusive license to display your content within the platform to verified residents. You are responsible for the accuracy of your posts.

Platform administrators reserve the right to edit, hide, or delete posts and comments that violate our policies. Admins may suspend or permanently revoke verified resident status without prior notice for serious violations.

You may delete your account at any time by contacting administrators. We may terminate accounts that violate these terms, provide fraudulent verification, or remain inactive for more than 24 months.

Rajouri is provided “as is” by volunteer maintainers. We are not liable for damages arising from use of the platform, reliance on community-contributed information, or service interruptions.

We may update these terms periodically. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. Material changes will be announced on the platform feed.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in New Delhi, India.
