Community Guidelines
How to participate respectfully in your neighborhood community.
Last updated: July 10, 2026
Rajouri exists to keep our physical neighborhood closer, safer, and well-coordinated. These guidelines apply to all verified residents.
Be Civil and Respectful
You are talking to your physical neighbors. Address disputes politely. Offensive, sarcastic, or derogatory language toward RWA coordinators or fellow residents is unacceptable and may result in account suspension.
Keep It Local
Keep discussions relevant to Rajouri Garden and surrounding blocks. Local electricity disruptions, block security, traffic diversions, and service recommendations are welcome. Avoid global political debates, unrelated memes, or content with no neighborhood relevance.
Safety First
When posting safety alerts, include specific location details (block, lane, landmark). Do not post unverified rumors that could cause panic. For emergencies, always call 112 first.
No Commercial Activity
Property brokers, merchants, and advertisers are not permitted. Personal recommendations for local services (electricians, doctors, etc.) from genuine experience are welcome. Paid promotions are not.
Report Constructively
Use the Report button for content violating guidelines. Do not start public arguments in comment sections. Allow block coordinators to review and resolve flags professionally.
Protect Privacy
Do not share other residents' phone numbers, addresses, or personal details without their explicit consent. Respect the verified-but-private nature of our community.
