2. Not an Emergency Service

Rajouri is not a substitute for official emergency services. In case of immediate danger, fire, medical emergency, or crime in progress, dial 112 or contact local police directly. Safety alerts on the platform are community reports, not official warnings.

3. Service Recommendations

Recommendations for electricians, doctors, house help, and other services reflect individual resident experiences. Rajouri does not endorse, vet, or guarantee any recommended service provider.

4. RWA Relationship

Rajouri is a volunteer initiative developed by local residents. It coordinates with Block RWAs but operates as an independent community portal. Official RWA decisions and notices should be confirmed through official RWA channels.

5. Platform Availability

The platform is maintained by volunteers on a best-effort basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. Critical information should not rely solely on this platform.
